BBQ Rubdown - All Purpose Base Coat (Step One)

Step One
Packed full of flavor, this is your first step to pro-level controlled grilling. Apply Base Coat and allow to permeate deep into the meat to create a natural exterior “sweat” binder. Wait 10 minutes for the magic to happen. Then, apply one of the BBQ RUBDOWN Step Two Rubs.
Why two steps?
By separating the two different layers and steps, you’ve locked in flavor internally, while still being able to apply as much of a Step Two Rub as desired - all without over salting. Need a little more salt and spice next time? Add more Base Coat. Cook like a pro, cause you’re in control! (Also works as a heck of an all purpose seasoning on its own!)
Ingredients: salt, garlic, onion, black pepper, sugar, spices, monosodium glutamate, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent)
