Where are your products manufactured?
We take great pride in supporting American craftsmanship. The majority of our furniture and heirloom goods are made right here in the USA, often by local artisans in Mississippi.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard in-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For custom furniture or oversized items, please allow 4-6 weeks for handcrafted production and specialized freight delivery.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We want you to love your home. You may return unused, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply to large furniture items.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship our smaller home goods and apparel internationally. However, large furniture pieces and heavy apothecary items are restricted to the contiguous United States due to shipping complexities.
How do I care for my solid wood furniture?
To preserve the natural beauty of your wood pieces, we recommend dusting with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding harsh chemical cleaners. Use coasters to prevent water rings and keep away from direct heat sources.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it's placed?
Because we aim to process orders quickly, changes must be made within 12 hours of purchase. Once an item has entered the production or shipping phase, we are unable to make modifications.
